Pastor's Conferences

It is the heartbeat of Hidden With Christ Ministries to train indigenous Pastors and Church Leaders in Africa and beyond. We believe that if we help to strengthen the native church leaders, we can see them rise up in the wisdom and power of the Spirit of God and lead their nations in spiritual growth.

Because of our commitment to strengthening the indigenous churches in Africa, we regularly plan and sponsor PASTORS CONFERENCES and SEMINARS in various locations on the continent. We bring guest speakers from both the USA and AFRICA to teach and encourage native pastors in their calling.

These conferences are costly to fully sponsor but we feel every dollar invested is an investment in the spiritual future of the nation in which we are ministering to the church leaders. Consider making a donation toward our next PASTORS and LEADERS CONFERENCE IN AFRICA!

Faith Training Center International

In the process of investing much time, energy and finances to sponsor conferences and seminars for Christian leaders in Africa, it has become apparent to HWCM that there remains a need for a comprehensive training center that will provide a solid foundation for the next generation of Christian ministers. Many of the pastors, evangelists and Christian workers that attend our seminars in Africa have had no formal Bible School or ministry training. Though we know that our seminars and conferences are helpful to those in fulltime ministry, still there is a crying need for more foundational teaching than can be offered in a week of conference meetings.

It is has been our prayer for several years that the Lord would assist us in the establishment of Faith Training Center International in Moshi, Tanzania. We believe this is the leading of the Holy Spirit and we have been praying into this vision for God’s perfect timing as well as all the necessary logistics and personnel.

We have located a defunct hotel in the city of Moshi, less than one mile from our orphanage, that would be an ideal location for the school. The hotel has 53 rooms, several large meeting rooms which would serve well as lecture halls and a spacious campus which has adequate space for future expansion. Though in need of repair, restoration and landscaping of the overgrown property, the 3 story building has a basically sound structure. We believe that with the help of volunteer missions teams we could redeem this hotel into a place of training for native African pastors and Christian leaders. (Pray about coming on a mission team to do remodeling, electrical, plumbing, or landscaping!)
